Part of the wine cask finishes single malt range from Arran distillery. Matured in traditional oak casks for approximately 8 years before being tranferred to selected Sauternes wine casks for a "finish" touch. This is the previous edition of the series, bottled in 2014

Distillery info
Arran’s two distilleries are the only operating distilleries in the isle of Arran, although the island was once famous for its moonshining and illegal production of whisky.
It was Harrold Currie a former director of Chivas who came with the idea of building a distillery in Arran, and the distillery was built in the north side of the island, in the area of Lochranza, in 1995.
During 2019 a new distillery was built in the south area of the island which is known as “the Lagg”
Almost all of the distillery’s production is used for the needs of its own single malt lineup.
